Office workers low in Vit D

A NEW Australian study has found that one in three office workers could be deficient in Vitamin D.

According to the study, 42% of office workers examined recorded low levels of Vitamin D at the end of winter.

The researchers recommended people got 10 minutes of sunshine each day in summer and up to 30 minutes during winter.

The results of the study were presented at the Dietitians Association of Australia annual conference in Adelaide this week.
