Pedestrian airlifted to hospital following serious crash

ONE person has been airlifted to hospital after allegedly being struck by a vehicle at Dalmorton.

According to NSW Ambulance, paramedics responded to reports of a collision between a vehicle and pedestrian/s on Pooles Creek Rd, Dalmorton, about 12.20pm today.

Three patients were treated at the scene, including a female in her late teens who suffered injuries to her back and shoulder.

Two men in their fifties, one with injuries to his back and head, were also treated.

One of the men was airlifted to Coffs Harbour Hospital via Westpac Rescue Life Saver Helicopter with what are believed to be life-threatening injuries.

Two others were transported by road ambulance to Grafton Base Hospital.

It is believed a crime scene has been set up, with a police investigation into the incident already underway.
