Partnership forged out of love of art

PARTNERS in love, life and art for over 30 years with a combined art-making history of over 80 years, Malcolm and Julie are now local to Maclean.

They are hard working artists who also run their own River Street gallery and print studio Kingstudio - whose website is at kingstudio.com.au.

Malcolm teaches print-making classes at the studio workshop in block printing, screen printing and digital imaging, for paper, board or textiles.

Offering two day or more classes, with or without accommodation at Kingstudio Creative Stays B & B.

The studio also offers a screen print editioning service for other artists. They can help you print your own editions or even publish it all for you.

During Plunge 2016 this creative duo are running three great workshops for all aspiring artists, in colour drawing, "alla prima" portraiture and textile printing.

Their current exhibition features Julie's painting Gondwana Gardener, together with a range of new and exciting graphic works, together with hand printed linen, cards and coasters.

This exhibition at Ferry Park Gallery is well worth a visit to see the amazing work Malcolm and Julie have produced, you may just be tempted to purchase an original to grace your home.
