TENTS are being put up and residents are making their way to an uncertain night outside Grafton Jail.

Following a powerful rally at Memorial Park, the picket line, which has been in place since Saturday afternoon, has seen reinforcements arrive in their droves.

Many are planning to spend the night outside the jail with prisoner transport trucks on their way to the Clarence Valley after an unsuccessful attempts to move inmates on Sunday.
