VALLEY residents with a love of photography can snap up some great computer equipment by coming up with a photo promoting water conservation.

The Savewater Alliance 2013 international photographic competition is open to photographers from around the world to share their photographs showing the value of water and the importance of conserving it for the future.

Prizes include a new MacBook Pro, digital cameras, photography software Adobe Lightroom, iPod shuffles and an iPad mini.
