Missing Bowen man found alive and well

UPDATE:

A 36-YEAR-OLD missing man has been found alive and well, after his work vehicle was located locked and secure on the side of Mount Buckley Rd near Bowen.

Police said the man was found about 11am on Monday, wandering through bushland in Bowen.

He was taken to the Bowen Hospital.

EARLIER: Police call for help to find man missing from Bowen

POLICE are calling for help to find a 36-year-old man reported missing from Bowen on Sunday.

His work vehicle was found locked and secure along Mount Buckley Road, 200m north of Bowen-Collinsville Developmental Rd at 7pm, prompted the search.

Police and his family now hold grave concerns for the man's welfare.

He is described as being caucasian in appearance, 175cm tall with a proportionate build, and blue eyes.
