
Police release CCTV images of bottle store robbery
UPDATE 10AM: Police investigating the armed robbery of a bottle shop in Redbank Plains on Saturday, June 25 have released CCTV images of a man who may be able to assist with their inquiries.
Around 7:45pm two men, one armed with an axe and the other with a knife, entered the store on Kruger Parade and demanded money from a staff member.
The staff member complied with the men's demands before the men fled the scene on foot with a sum of cash.
The 40 year-old female staff member was not physically injured during the incident.
Police conducted patrols of the area but were unable to locate the two men.
One man is described as Caucasian in appearance, of a slim build, and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, black balaclava and black gloves.
The other man is described as Caucasian in appearance, of a slim build, and was last seen wearing a light coloured hoodie and black pants.
Investigations are continuing.
