Police plea to flasher victims

POLICE are appealing for victims of an alleged flasher to come forward after the arrest of a 39-year-old South Grafton man last week.

Police said the man exposed himself and played with his penis as he spoke to an 89-year-old lady in her front yard in Bimble Avenue, South Grafton on March 15.

The woman told police she tried to ignore it at first but then was too frightened to say anything out of fear of a violent reprisal.

Police said the man eventually left the scene and the woman contacted police.

A man was arrested on Sunday and charged with wilful and obscene behaviour. He will appear in Grafton Local Court on May 16.
