Put foot to pedal for family car show

SHINY cars will be on display at the Grafton Showgrounds tomorrow for the Supercheap Auto Show and Shine plus Sound Off.

The day will give car enthusiasts a chance to show off their carefully polished vehicles to admiring crowds of all ages, with more than 10 awards up for grabs.

Categories include Best Aussie Car, Best Import, Best Ute, Best Boot Install, Best Female-owned car, Best Old School (25 years plus), People's Choice, and Judge's Choice.

Sound Off categories include Street Class 0-1000w, Street Pro 1001-2500w, and Super Pro 2501w-plus.

Enter your car for $10 before 9.30am on Saturday to go in the running.

The show starts 10am and entry for spectators is by gold coin donation.

Enjoy a barbecue, get free professional advice on audio installation and stay for the presentation at 3pm. Gates close 4pm.

All proceeds will be donated to Cowper Public School.
