Lower Clarence Magpies hosted their first Northern Rivers Regional Rugby League game of the season at Angourie Sports Complex and were thumped 68-12 by Marist Brothers.

South Grafton Rebels hosted Group 2 powerhouse Coffs Comets at McKittrick Park, eventually beaten 34-22 in a game abandoned early by referee James Maggio.

Grafton Ghosts kept their good form alive with a 30-point win over Bellingen Magpies.
