Red hats, red eyes?

IT'S one of the biggest and reddest events on the Clarence calendar and it's back on Saturday.

The Grafton Santa Crawl celebrates its 10th anniversary this year and the event has quickly earned a reputation for putting the fun into fundraiser.

With people travelling from far and wide to don a festive outfit and get into the spirit of Christmas, the 2014 Crawl will again start at the Crown Hotel at 1pm followed by pit stops at participating venues in Roches, Clocktower and Jacaranda Hotels.

Participants will then head to the CRJC racecourse where they will enjoy back-to-back sets by live DJs and musicians who have all generously donated their time.

The running sheet will kick off at 5pm with Santa's Chilled DJ Grooves followed by Kealy Day, Jimmy Open Doors, Skinny-Z, Jayden/Good Twin and Well Butchered from 10.30pm.

Cost for racecourse leg is $10 with all money to be donated to charity but you must get there before 8pm. Gates open at 4pm.
