Response to sales were crazy

ONE of the many Grafton retailers to grab hold of August Crazy Day with both hands was Tim Ellem, owner and manager of More 4 Men.

And at the end of the day, he was very glad he did.

People streamed through the relatively new Prince St store to pick up a bargain at 25 to 60% off storewide.

Having been at Mackelly’s for previous Crazy Days, Tim knew what to expect but was a little blown away by the community support of the event.

“We actually got people coming in off the buses this year, which we didn’t really see when I was up at Mackelly’s.”

“It has been really well organised this year. Talking to other Prince St shopkeepers, everyone seems to have had a really successful day.

“We will definitely be involved next year.”
