Reward for stolen mountain bike

A PROFESSIONAL quality mountain bike, belonging to a 16-year-old Grafton boy, was stolen from a home in Kent St, Grafton, on Monday night.

The boy's father said his son, who is training to compete in the emerging Grafton mountain-biking scene, was visiting a friend between 7pm-8pm when the bike was stolen from the side of the home.

The Trek brand bike is white with red and grey trim and disc brakes.

Anyone with information about the bike can contact Grafton police on 6642 0222.

A $400 reward is on offer for the bike's safe return.
