Show Society's Western Day success

THE Grafton Show Society held a Western Day on Sunday.

The Youth Encouragement Award went to Thomas Morgan, riding Curio, and the Beginner’s Award went to Belinda Madgwick, riding Darky, while Ambers Stylish Oak, owned by Jenny Sadler, won supreme halter horse.

Everyone who attended had an enjoyable day.

President Allan Morgan did a great job as the chef of the day and helped where needed. We must not forget Liz Austen, who did a wonderful job as canteen lady, Karalyn Brown, who sold the entry tickets, and Kay Franklin, as ring steward.

The club’s next day should be on March 20, same place and time.
