Stars suggest a maverick winner
SPECULATION for racing with astrology is still just that: speculation or guesswork.
In this instance, astrology is really just a methodology to help you determine the best constituents to use when taking a risk.
This doesn't automatically mean you'll be a winner, but it does imply you might boost your odds to some extent.
The 2011 Melbourne Cup will take place on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at Flemington Racecourse at 3pm local time.
This gives an ascendant in Pisces and a moon in Capricorn for the event. Pisces is soft, hidden and often clouded by illusion.
Capricorn is definitive, goal-oriented and earthy.
An intriguing combination to say the least.
What I am focused on, however, is the conjunction between the ascendant and Chiron.
It just might indicate that this Cup is an unconventional affair.
So my constituents of choice would be to look for a maverick, with the numbers 1, 2, 3 or 6 in consideration, as well as any combinations thereof.
I might also give consideration to the colours blue - especially in its deepest tones - and black, in addition to any references in the name of the horse to water, dreams and hidden things.
My choice would have to be from: Jukebox Jury, Lost In The Moment, Drunken Sailor, Dunaden and Manighar.
But there are no sure things, so let's hope providence shines on the day.
That said, I wish you all the best of luck.
