Masters swimmers ready, set, go!

IT IS time again for Clarence River Masters swimmers to host the club’s carnival, to be held over two days, of intense swimming, starting on Saturday June 12 and finishing on Sunday, June 13.

This will culminate on Sunday with a musical extravaganza and dinner dance.

The highlight of the weekend will be the “State of Origin” shootout, with three states represented.

Victoria has entered a team of hotshot swimmers vying for gold alongside Queensland and NSW.

Clarence River masters have a few secret weapons up their sleeves so come along and witness this spectacular event.

All members, make sure your entries are in to Helmut Klein or Lenneke Serjeant and, if unable, call Pam Smith.

As this is our one and only fundraiser for the year we would appreciate all hands on deck.

This carnival draws 160-plus swimmers and partners from all over Australia to enjoy the Clarence.
