Tarry awhile at Tilted Tea Room

LOCATED within the Prince St shopfront of Julie Whetton's antique store, Grafton's newest café, The Tilted Tea Room, will officially open today.

Manager Skye Harrison said the cafe was "something a little different" and had a unique atmosphere.

"It has a vintage style and kind of reflects my tastes, which are eclectic - a little bit of everything," Miss Harrison said.

"We offer beautiful, fresh ingredients and a range of homemade and locally made products.

Employing one fulltime and two casual staff, The Tilted Tea Room will celebrate tomorrow's grand opening by offering free sweet treats between 10am and noon with every coffee purchase, as well as various specials throughout the day for breakfast and lunch.
