Telstra working on resolving internet speed issues

TELSTRA says it is "aware" of technical problems which have been slowing down internet speeds for customers for almost a week.

Thousands of customers have logged complaints about delays in loading web content, particularly on social networking sites like Facebook.

In a statement released on its website, Telstra said its technicians were "working with a third-party to resolve the issue and we'll advise once services normalise".
