Meet the Clarence Valley's best personal trainers

1. Jon Collen

The most popular trainer on The Daily Examiner's Facebook call out, Jon is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals.

"Whether it's losing weight or putting on some muscle or improving their fitness, it's great when people can see that benefit," he said.

"Little changes are the most motivating for people.

"If people start to see little things whether it's in body shape or in their diet and they feel healthier, that really pushes people. I see in my clients that they might be able to lift a weight they couldn't before or they might have gotten out of bed and they felt great, that really motivates people."
