Jacaranda city turns purple
Prince St is well and truly buzzing with purple pride.
The crowd is out en force with more than few kids making their way about.
Several businesses were dressed in costumes this morning and Clarence Valley Council's satirical lampoon of the decision to downgrade the day to an event day was drawing big crowds.
At the front of Friendlies Pharmacy the staff had taken a trip down a rabbit hole and dressed as the cast from Alice in Wonderland.
At Ray White Real Estate across the road Lois Robinson had turned the pavement into a miniature race horse track.
And at the front of I Scream the Big River Rockers boogied it up.
