Time for a big makeover – meet your style team

WELL here it is, February already and Sharon and I are about to embark on our 10th year as honorary DEX reporters on all things beauty and hair.

Being a woman in this day and age comes with a multitude of things to ponder in those departments. Like which shampoo suits your hair best? Are you stuck being a brunette or can you rock a great red? Are you using the right shade of foundation? What skin type do you really have and how do you look after it?

These are a few of the concerns we have faced over the past decade and we hope it's helped address a few of your issues.

But there is more to looking and feeling good than hair and beauty so with that in mind we are branching out and including fashion, style and all things creative.

Best of all we have so much to celebrate within this realm right here in the incredible Clarence Valley/Mid North Coast. It's time to revamp, reshape and remodel this column and give it a new year makeover so it's goodbye from the Style Gurus and hello STYLEwise.

Joining the new-look team are two new faces and inspiring minds Angela Lagos-Jay and Gemma Moore. Read more about these talented ladies below as well as revisit what the former Style Gurus will continue to harp on about.

She currently works weekdays in Brisbane, and comes back to the Clarence sea on weekends where she also freelances as a stylist for photo shoots.
