Toddler critical after falling under wheel of tractor

A CRITICALLY-injured three-year-old boy has been airlifted from a property on the Darling Downs after a tractor accident.

The Toowoomba-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was called to assist emergency services at the scene of the accident near Glenmorgan about 9.30am.

It's understood the boy fell under the wheel of the moving tractor causing multi-trauma injuries. 

He was airlifted to Lady Cilento Children's Hospital with his mother at his side.

He travelled in a critical condition.
