Triple J Hottest 100 winner leaked

THE ABC may have inadvertently revealed the winner of its annual Triple J Hottest 100 countdown through an online advertisement for the radio station's monthly magazine.

In a  product description for the February edition of JMag,The ABC Shop online names the English band Mumford and Sons' single"Little Lion Man" as the number one track of 2009, according to website Crikey.

The website has published a screen grab of the offending blurb, however, it appears to have been pulled down from the ABC Shop online.

The report has triggered a flurry of activity on industry blogs and in the Twitterverse.
