RUGBY UNION: Yamba Buccaneers junior and proud Bundjalung boy Cody Walker has impressed the world as part of the Australian Wallabies Under-20s side and he has one more challenge ahead before returning home from the World Rugby Championship in Georgia.

Walker has started at prop in all of the Wallabies' clashes at the event and has been asked to play some big minutes including a 65-minute slog in Australia's massive 42-19 triumph against Italy in the fifth place semi-final.

The Wallabies will now meet Scotland Under-20s in the play-off for fifth place just over 24 hours after the two nations' senior sides meet at Allianz Stadium.

The Australian junior side was on target to make it to the final of the tournament before a dying stages penalty cost them a close 20-19 tussle against England in the pool games.

While he is jet-setting around the world, Walker's family back home could not be any prouder of their young star as older brother Jordan Walker explained.

"I have not missed one of the games, I have to get the wife to tape them because I am in bed when they are on,” he said. "We could not be prouder of him. He has really shown what you can do if you put your all into it.”

You can catch Walker in action in the Wallabies final game on Fox Sports at 8.30pm tomorrow night.
