Waste bins to clean up Grafton CBD

FIFTEEN new waste stations have been installed in Grafton CBD to help combat the city’s ongoing litter problem and to encourage the community to recycle when out and about.

The bins along Grafton’s main street are part of the final stages of the Prince Street upgrade.

The recycling initiative will also be rolled out in South Grafton and Yamba in coming months.

Council will also be installing extra bike racks to cater for the increasing number commuter cyclists.
