THE fire at Lanitza remains out of control after fire crews battled to contain it last night. 

Clarence Valley Rural Fire Service district manager Superintendent Stuart Watts said the fire at Middle Creek Rd was the biggest concern for crews today.

It has moved easterly towards Parker Rd and crews and still at the scene supported by aircraft to get the situation under control.
