Australia goes for gold again today in the pool with power couple Emily Seebohm and Mitch Larkin in their respective 100m backstroke final from 11.30am.

The Aussies are also in for a shot at a gold medal in the rugby sevens final against arch-rival New Zealand. The gold-medal playoff kicks off at 8am.
