Angourie surf champs make waves at junior titles

CHRIS Zaffis is on fire at the NSW Junior State Surfing Titles at Port Macquarie.

The Angourie surfer represented Maclean High School in the under-19 boys' school competition and scored 8.47 points on his last wave to snatch the title.

He and fellow Angourie surfer Jeames Young are in action for the rest of the week at the competition as they try to bring home the U18 title.
