It has been one year today, when you left us to be with Dad.
We remember the long nights you stayed up cooking
sausage rolls and egg and bacon pies, large and small
for the Church shop the next day and working part-time
in the op shop in Lindisfarne and doing odd jobs for people.
Our special time is when we went shopping at Woolies and
Coles and all the times you took care of us when we got sick.
That’s the Mum we liked and loved.
